Issues with the GetSatisifaction platform (page not found etc)

Since yesterday, Getsat appear to be having problems with their platform which is resulting in some threads on this forum not being accessible, and other related issues.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this - GetSatisifaction are aware of the problem and working on it.  I'll post an update here once I have more information. Thanks.

Update: I've been told that the issues have been resolved, but there may be some data loss as a result, including missing posts.  Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.  Full message from GetSat's support team as follows:

Dear Valued Customers,
Our Engineering Team has informed us that the 404 errors, and issues with cross Community emails, have been resolved.
We apologize for this inconvenience, and we've asked the team to assess the root cause in order to prevent this type of disruption going forward. 
Unfortunately, due to dependencies in the system, there will be data loss seen with these corrections, as posts that went up yesterday will be lost and unretrievable.*
Please let us know if you experience any issues related to these incidents, or if you see anything else out of the ordinary.

*Posts between 4:45AM and 7AM ET, and then again starting *around 10:30AM to 5:30PM ET. New users created during these times would also be lost, and need to be re-created.

Update from GetSatisfaction:

Our DevOps team has confirmed that it is fixed now and everything is stabilized.
we still need to breakdown the timeline of the events, posts , Comments , Replies and users created during the incident will be lost.
