Hello

Windows 10 64bit
iTunes 12.3.1.23 64bit

Scrobbler does not detect iTunes is running, have installed both iTunes and Last FM twice, have installed iTunes on a different HDD that C:\ and have also made sure I have installed the plugin on both the C:\ and on my Z:\ (where iTunes is installed).

Why is this not working?
Please may I have some help ?

Thanks

I think this is a known problem and was reported several times already.

I'm using Win 10 x64 and the newest version of iTunes and evrything is fine. Try uninstalling everything, delete the folder of iTunes and Last.fm from Program files and then reinstall first the last fm scrobbler, install the itunes plugin and then you install itunes.

Reinstalled both programs, this time to my windows OS drive and it worked for scrobbling. I rebooted and now its stopped scrobbling again.

Please can I have some technical help from Last Fm?

I finally figured it out, I reinstalled for like the 5 time, both programs have to be on the C:\ Drive with the OS otherwise they have paddy about working, they also need to be run as local admin with the compatibility settings set to always run as admin regardless of the local account being admin or not on windows 10.

^^ ok i will try this.. I have had the same problem..  whenever I open Itunes I get the message { " itw_scrobbler.dll " could not load in 64-bit mode.  Try contacting the plug-in vendor(s) to see if a 64-bit version is available. }

Last.fm will scobble my plays, but It always seems to crash when submitting the scrobbles.  Luckily they seem to go thru most of the time.
