Library disappeared - scrobbles gone

I checked my account again today, and suddenly all my scrobbles are gone. My username is xAlexxje. My listening report for last week is there, but all the rest is gone. I've been scrobbling since August.

Same issue here, I have just checked my account and my 55,000+ scrobbles since 2007 have been all wiped. Who can help with this? Is Last.fm Support checking this?

Morning, sorry about this.  We're aware of the issue - one of our shards went down and is in the process of being restarted.  I don't know how long this will take but updates will follow when I have more information.  No scrobbles will be lost.

It is still broken for Spotify scrobbles, since this issue got 'solved' which did not effect me before the fix. But after the "fix"  I did get problems with Spotify on W10, but not with the desktop app WinAmp with the Last.fm plugin those do come in. So Spotify scrobbles seem to get lost.

Even after trying a possible fix (disconnect en reconnect of apps section of Last.fm setting) but after 3 times trying that over 3 hours it did nothing :(  https://www.last.fm/user/E-Clect-Eddy

Scrobbles coming in again from Spotify :)

NO scrobbles were lost from the past 10 hours, from before that I'm not sure.

I got really scared for a moment, since I checked a lot of my friend's profile and all of them had all their scrobbles shown correctly. Then i checked the http://status.last.fm/

Sorry everyone, it's taking a bit longer to restart than we anticipated.  We'll update again when the service has been fully restored.  Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience and to reiterate no scrobbles will be lost.

NO! poor dude's probably sat behind a computer desperately firefighting comments like these, I'm simply venting my frustrations like ALL of the rest of you! None of us want to lose years worth of history.... it's personal, y'know?

Yes, I know. 14 years worth of music isn't showing for me. I doubt it's deleted though. I've got my profile backed up anyway just in case the plug ever was pulled on the site.

Fam calm down, I just browsed this thread shortly and the amount of comments you left already annoyed me. It’s late where they’re based right now, I’m very sure they’re trying their best to fix everything right now. They said they will so have some patience, that’s not so hard innit...

Hi everyone,

As of around 4 am, the problems with shard 14 were fixed, however we're now seeing reports from people on 15.   This is actively being investigated, so if you're affected by this issue, please let us know your username.  Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience -- the disruption should be temporary and no scrobbles will be lost.

Mine is broken still as well, I have to press refresh 10 or so times just to get a page to work or even show up. I have the same problem as everyone on this thread, my username is Tracks4Life

The scrobbles appear sporadically and then disappear. Even when it shows my recently played tracks, I can't expand the list successfully. It also doesn't show my scrobbles for an artist if I go to individual artist pages.
