Library links no longer stay within library

Clicking on artists, albums, etc., while within our library no longer brings us to personal statistics on clicked on artist, etc.

For example: Clicking an artist in here: should bring me to And so on. I should stay within the /user/library URL unless explicitly clicking somewhere to exit.

You have to click on the three vertical dots right beside the "Buy" button
(which is hidden unless you hover you mouse over it) and then
choose "Go to library artist page" or "Go to library track page".

Yes, exactly. It was changed from what you described few updates ago, to clarify a bit library pages.

We changed the behaviour about 2 months ago so that:
  • Clicking on an artist name takes you to artist's the music page (same for albums and tracks)
  • Click on the scrobble count now takes you deeper into the user's library (we added an arrow > to signify this when you hover over)
  • Clicking on the three dots menu lets to jump to a specific music or library page (this is more useful for album and tracks, when you want to get to the artist's page).
We changed this for a bunch of reasons, mainly to be more consistent with how navigation works elsewhere (e.g. the recently added tag library), and also to capture the following use cases:
  • Your browsing your own library and you want to explore how many scrobbles you have for something in detail.
  • Your browsing someone else's library and you want to quickly check out the artists that interest you (e.g. your skimming through someone's library and you want to quickly open each artist page in a new background tab so you can check them later)

Thanks, noticed the three dots to delete Scrobble, but didn't for the library!
