So, yeah Noah Cyrus has released her debut song and whenever it plays it automatically redirects to being a Miley Cyrus song.

Please can this be fixed as it is very annoying! And yes, I like the song by Noah Cyrus thank you.

As explained in this faq, it is not currently possible add, change, or remove existing correction mappings.  This is being worked on and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

In late June / early July, if everything goes to plan, we'll be replacing one of our core database services, which should fix numerous issues reported with user libraries (many of which are to do with mismatched corrections between user libraries and the catalogue).

On it's own, this will not automatically fix the artist page redirection from Miley to Noah, but the current system is preventing us from adding and removing ANY new corrections; so once this work is done, the path should be clear to finally address this problem.  Once that happens, yes, current Noah Cyrus scrobbles which are being directed to Miley go back to Noah.

One other immediate benefit is that the corrections setting should be properly respected when the new service is deployed, so turning off auto-corrections will correctly display your scrobbles as Noah Cyrus in your library, provided that your originally scrobbled them that way (which I expect most people already are).

At present, if you turn corrections off now, what happens is that it lists the tracks as Noah under "Recent tracks", but it'll count them as Miley in the library and top artists -- when the new scrobble db is deployed, they should be counted properly under Noah if corrections are turned off. So my advice for now is to keep scrobbling normally and consider turning Artist and Track corrections off in your website settings.

Again, thanks for your continued patience and understanding as we work to fix this.
