Please, please please, allow username changes.
Just use email or social media as a login and let us add changeable usernames.
I'm 27 now, and I picked this username when I was about 15 years old. It's embarrassing.
I'm sure plenty of other people are in the same situation.

"Sorry, but it is not possible for us to change your username.

Similarly, you cannot create a new account and choose to have your stats moved from one account to another."

As long as you had the possibility to change the whole layout of the website, I'm sure there is a way to also implement this change...

I'm in the same boat. I really hope they'll allow us to change it sometime soon! It has been one of the most requested features for years.

No one worth interacting with on the site, gives a fuck about your username.  They will go through your charts and library, and judge you that way.  This is why username change will never be implemented, it's not important, useful or essential to a healthy profile.  If you have an embarrassing username, just own it.  Forget about curating your online persona in such a constricting way, and accept that you were a 15 year old at one point in your life.
