Radio and Subscriber

Client says I have to be a subscriber to play the radio when I am a subscriber. I am a subscriber.

That info line on top of the scrobbler is very outdated, as radio streaming in the scrobbler has been disabled in April 2014. Which version of the scrobbler do you use?

Apart from that, you don't need to be a subscriber to listen to radio streaming on Last.fm anymore, as it uses YouTube and Spotify now as content provider which are free as well.

Yes, you don't even have to be logged in with a user, in order to be able to play some songs here on last.fm, even the current "radios" (what's left of them, anyway :-) )
Of course, you'll only be able to play songs that have youtube videos associated, if you try this way.
