Go to profile and nothing is loading as recents of all reports. Nice to see the site keep going down. Looks like a constant thing with this site. Just a few weeks ago same issue and back again. Never going to have this site a constant working condition.

Oh it happens off and on so much it is annoying as HELL. They do not care worth diddly. There is no way in hell they are getting a $3 a month for subscription for this. They have not proven enough to keep site working right to even consider a payment for their services.

So flipping tempted to just close account and never have one ever again on this site.

Site has been such a broken mess ever since the redesign.

Hardly. Yeah, downtime has happened a lot more lately than ever, but the redesign was 4 years ago - Fall 2015. Since then we're probably at less than 1% downtime. And usually even then, the scrobbles go through. That's MUCH better than before pre-2015 where downtime ALWAYS meant  0 scrobbles go through and it was actually far more frequent. I would honestly bet last.fm probably still has a less than 5% downtime per year

I am a subscriber and start to get tired of these constant problems. But is there really any alternative service that holds higher standards?

Kougeru You talk about downtime and the subscribers are getting it. So no this new redesign is not better. They did not complain about as much as trying to get subscribers until the new redesign and now their slacking more even with the ones paying. I am glad I am not paying or I would of stop the subscription long time ago, probably right after subscribing. Did you see all the threads in this forums. Way too many to consider it better. They tinker with site way too much to consider it being normal.

I've been using this site since it launched. It's factually better now than it was pre-2015 redesign. I've had zero duplicates and lost scrobbles, even during downtime. Those use to be a weekly issue until the redesign. Now I only see issues of that type come from Spotify. And again, there's far less downtime now than there was before hand. These issues are bad but everyone acts like all hell as broken loose when it's an inarguable fact that things are better now than they were before from every technical stand point.

The problem with that site is that the tag system doesn't work. You can't do custom tags, and that is what I used this site for mostly. Also Libre doesn't tell me how many time I've scrobbled a track, which I consider to be pretty important data.

Same here. It seems that every month an issue should happen. Absurd.

Similarly. All the tracks in my library are missing.
