Thanks for reporting this - we're currently investigating some small discrepancies with user libraries.  No scrobbles have been lost, but some chart views in your library appear to be displaying the wrong data in some instances (charts are generated separately from your scrobble data, which is why it'll show the scrobble on some pages but not others).  Sorry for any inconvenience caused, our development team are looking into this.

Hey all, just a quick update to let you know that our developers are aware that this is a problem still and are continuing to look into this for you.

However, we're no longer running the consistency checker script on individual users as it's clear that this problem is more widespread than we originally thought and recurring (i.e. people are reporting that the problem comes back after a few days). Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

I don't have news on a fix yet (we're still identifying the root cause of the problem), but we will keep you updated.  Thanks for you patience in the meantime.

Just to recap as we're getting more reports of this*, this is a display issue with charts falling out of sync and not showing the correct scrobble count on some library pages.  Your actual scrobbles have not been affected.

Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working on a fix, which we expect will go out early next week.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this in the meantime.

*probably the issue was made worse by the api problems & scrobble lag earlier this week.
