Hi Piotr,
Your library shows (at time of writing) 77633 scrobbles, across 1553 pages. Each page = 50 tracks, 1552 * 50 is 77600, and the last page shows exactly 33 tracks. So we can say for sure that there's no discrepancy between the counter and your scrobbles.
>>>I have noticed that some songs are disappearing.
Ok, can you please be more specific? For example, which songs and by how much exactly?
>>>Every year the number of their songs just decrease, slowly but decrease.
Again, can you tell me which artists, which songs, by how much, and over how many years? Do you know for sure what was the playcount was last year? What about the last 3 years?
>>> I am totaly sure that I saw that every of this artist has more then 100 listened songs by me couple years ago.
Sure, but this could be a false memory though. 100 scrobbles is an obvious milestone, and you might have looked at your Prodigy scrobbles and thought: "81 scrobbles, I'm nearly at a 100"... then years later, which number are you more likely to recall? Or it could be the case that you scrobbled 81 tracks as 'The Prodigy' and 20 or so tracks as 'Prodigy', and then later decided to clean up your library and delete the incorrect spelling. Or you deleted a various artists / compilation album from your library at some point, and it removed some of these artists scrobbles without you realising.
I'm not saying I don't believe you, but these are the kind of questions our developers will ask. The only times we've 'lost' data is during outages where scrobbles weren't submitted correctly. What you're describing is a longer term 'leak' of data, and I've not seen anything like that before.
If you want to get to the bottom of this, I'm going to have to ask you to either download your scrobbles every few months, or take a screenshot or some other log of the artists affected. So we know right now that your scrobbles for
The Prodigy are 81,
Pitbull: 37,
Sweet Noise: 73.
