Yeah, so no scrobbling at mine profile either. If I remember correctly, there was "500 - Server Error" in my scrobbler embedded in Rhythmbox player. Unfortunately I log out in Rhythmbox and cannot log in again. "Waiting for authentication" it says.
:[ That sucks.

Yesterday scrobbles are appear, today they are not. Use winamp and desktop Last.fm Scrobbler, in Scrobbler look like this:
Scrobbled tracks from today not appear on my library.

Checked "play my library" and scrobbling from YT is ok, it's strange. What the hell is wrong??

These scrobbles are cached by the desktop scrobbler, you can check that in the "Scrobbles" tab.

This is a problem on Last FM end their application server is down hence the 500 error on application page. Ive used every single scrobbler app available and none will connect to my account. Sadly I changed my password thinking it would help but it did not. Now the Mac app for Last fm doesnt work with error message 8 saying "Backend service failed Authetication Error".

My Spotify scrobbles from 35-40 minutes ago are now appearing.  WMP scrobbles from the past 30 minutes aren't.

I tried to open the desktop client and I got an error.

I checked my settings, and I noticed that all applications are suddenly disconnected. As people already mentioned, this has already become tedious. We have had this problem for two months now. It's not funny anymore. I'm sorry, but it's true.

Morning everyone, our engineers are aware of the problem with scrobbling and related issues (app connectivity, etc), and are currently investigating. I'll post again when I have more information.  We're sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

At least you can say Last.fm is consistent. Their website and scrobbling has been broken on and off for the last 10+ years.

This is it?
In recent months, such problems occur all the time... continuous scrobble problems, now the site is sinking in all directions and;  I thought there were problems on the external plugins we used ... it was always double srobble and moreover it was getting late. So and now the number of artists disappeared.

Is it like the neglect and no interest?

I can confirm this, Spotify scrobbling is working (both the Last.fm feature and the Web Scrobbler), legacy desktop scrobbler, Deezer internal scrobbling, and playing from Last.fm with YouTube as playback source apparently worked all the time.

Thanks to Ben for fixing it, too! :-)

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled last scrobbles don't display in the profile.

It has begun about 4 hours ago. Scrobbles are saved in cash but not represented in the library. Fix please. https://www.last.fm/user/czarna_divoka
