Hello. Due to the fact that the site has a lot of incorrect track names, please return the ability to submit requests for correction. Thanks in advance.

Deezer has incorrect tracks names: it doesn't understand diacritic or somebody uploaded songs versions without one. It leads to incorrect scrobbling and I can't do anything to correct it :( Please return the ability to correct names manually (I suggest not 'vote & wait' option only but automatically correction in the library of user that has voted fot specific name).

Example: http://www.deezer.com/album/12864768?app_id=140685&lf=5b05eefdb628b1ff86f6950996e52c53 (see official website of the band for correct names - http://serwer1588119.home.pl/wilkipage/15-04-2016-premiera-plyty-przez-dziewczyny/)

This system that LAST FM have for submitting correction requests is not very intelligently designed or convenient for users, having to post requests publicly and then to be continually notified by email of new requests by other users, that nobody is interested in and is therefore absolutely pointless and unnecessary. Why do LAST FM not simply have a support email address to which users can receive solely the reply that is relevant to their own particular request ?

I can't agree with this more. The entire system is a shambles.

Hi David,

You have been corresponding with myself for the past seven days and I have responded to all your queries by e-mail several times.

I don't understand what your motivation is to write the above on a public forum. Sad.

Your email replies were to different queries, which I had to email 11 times since 14th Sept 2015, before getting a reply. I have not yet had a reply to the request I posted above, on this request forum 5 days ago, only a reply to my opinion on the design of this system, which you were conversely very quick to respond to . My motivation is due to receiving only copies of other users requests, which are irrelevant & unnecessary to my request, as well as time-wasting to check.. Other users on this forum seem to agree with my opinion above. I have had to write the above, on a public forum, as this is the only option Last Fm seem to provide, or that I have been made aware of by Last FM , which is why I had to make the comment about it. It is the system itself that is "sad", not the users with no other option but to use it. or those willing to give feedback about it, which I thought Last FM would welcome, in order to make improvements. . If no one bothered to comment on it, then Last FM would continue to be deluded into believing that the system was a good one. I shall await your reply to my request above from 5 days ago.

David,

I have replied to each and one of your queries several times by e-mail, including the ones in this forum. Still you keep denying there is an e-mail address to contact support, or acknowledging your queries have been answered.

I do not deny anything about email addresses. I thank you for eventually replying to my email,, where you did indeed answer some of my questions, but you then directed me yourself to this forum, in order to submit a correction request, which I did. But I have not received a reply in relation to it on this forum, regarding my tracks being corrected. I have not received any email notification of there being a response to my request above. I have only received continual emails notifying me of other user's request submissions, which I pointed out on this forum, were unnecessary, pointless and time-wasting. Please do direct me to your response on this forum where you replied to my initial request, as I have no knowledge of your reply's whereabouts, having not been notified of it.

Whenever this ends up getting re-implemented, I hope you guys actually will take the time to accept corrections more often. It was something that rarely happened on the old site.

Maybe corrections could be automated by resolving against Musicbrainz?
