The tracklist on my library collapses by itself.

I've noticed this yesterday; the tracklist on my library began to collapse by itself. I adjust my playlist to show ten songs in my library, suddenly the list of songs began to collapse, instead of showing ten songs, the playlist shows six. I adjust my playlist to show twenty, instead of twenty, the playlist shows fifteen songs. What is going on here? Username: Samson-91

Hi, do you mean Recent Tracks or Top Tracks or both?  Have you changed your time range to 7 days recently (keep in mind it's a rolling chart, so if you don't listen to enough music within the set range, it'll show less tracks).

I saw something similar this morning with my own page -- does refreshing / reloading the page fix the problem?

Recent tracks, it collapses by itself. Just a few moments ago the list of recent tracks showed 19 instead of 20. It shows 20 recent tracks when I click settings > number of tracks > save changes. But, it's temporary. A few moments later, it starts to collapse again.

[EDIT]: Now the list shows 16 recent tracks instead of twenty.

And when you refresh the page, does it goes back to 20?

Does this happen when a a track is scrobbled, or now playing is updated?

Ok, I can reproduce it easily enough, so I've written a ticket for our devs to investigate.  I'm kind of curious to see what happens when it gets to 0...

edit: looks like it stops at 5.

This mostly happens while the new track scrobbles on my profile. I didn't refresh the page. For now, everything works smoothly; next time, I'll rewind the page and see what's going to happen. Whether it will return to the old one or the list will continue to collapse.

[EDIT]: All right, I refresh the page, to see is this method working. It works, but temporarily. The tracklist has begun to collapse by itself again.

Yeah it's caused by an ad update that was deployed yesterday.  A fix is in progress, but it's unlikely we'll do a Friday afternoon deploy.

Turning auto-refresh scrobbles should prevent this from happening.

[EDIT]: I toggled automatic refresh of recent tracks about half an hour ago. Now the entire tracklist of recent tracks almost collapsed. The playlist shows five songs now. I want to let you know that I didn't make any activity for the last two hours, except the settings that you recommend me to do on my profile.

Can't speak for anyone else, obvs, but it's been working properly again for me the last couple of days. Thanks.
