When the new site was launched it worked, but later it disappeared. Now, every single song of a compilation has it's own album (For example, a soundtrack that had a song from "x", "y" and "z", all their scrobbles were together on an album, but each artist recieved the ones from the song, now there's an album for "x", "y" and "z", all with the same name but with a different artist).
I wonder if the last.fm staff is aware of this because there are other threads of this and they have no answer. I hope this one will get your attention.

NOTHING gerts the attention of last.fm staff.  I have commented and emailed and even hand delivered a letter to their address and nothing, but nothing, but nothing ever, ever, ever warrants a reply.  They are a complete bunch of bastards.

It's been months since the switch to beta and not even one acknowledgement from a staff member. Sad...

The bugs are not killing lastfm, but the silence of the staff does. I used to love this site.

Whoever devised this crazy policy of ignoring all feedback might as well be working for the competition, as they are heading Last fm for the gutter. I loved this site and recommended it to all my friends but it is hopeless now, and I won't be sorry or surprised to see it close down. It has been driven in to the ground by hopeless mismanagement and is a sinking ship.
