When is the new website design update coming out for non-subscribers? It's been two months since the announcement.

As far as I know, the rollout is complete. Did you try a hard refresh to clean your browser cache from old Last.fm content?

I don't think it is. I always clear my cache, and I don't have it.

I cleared the cache and history and I'm sorry, the "new design" seem to look a hell of a lot like the design I'm used to. In fact it's hard to find anything really significantly different. Funny thing is, trying Edge, a browser I hardly ever use shows the exact same thing. So I have my doubts about this "complete rollout". So exactly how is this new design supposed to look? Can anyone provide a screen shot from an artist page because I'm not sure anymore.

I might have mixed up a staff posting about the new scrobbles database with it, but I have it now for several weeks, although not right from the start, that is why I thought everyone would already see it. Anyhow, here is a screenshot of an artist profile I'm currently listening to:

That player bar at the bottom is caused by a bug in the Opera screenshot feature, it belongs at the top of the page of course.

That's definitely not what I have, so I'm still on the older style. So I guess Gustavo Abreu's original question still stands. When does everyone get to have the new design?

I'm with Jan on this one.  After the hard refresh, cleaning brower history and logging in again, I still see the same as always.  None of the updates listed at https://getsatisfaction.com/lastfm/topics/website-design-update-rolling-out-today are shown.

There is no new design for me, too. Doesn't matter whether I am logged in or not.

Same for me, no sign of the new design on my end.

Just to clarify, as there's some confusion here, the new design hasn't yet been rolled out to non-subscribers. The team has been working on it and I believe the plan is to roll it out to all users soon.

An advantage of being non-subscriber: you would not be last.fm beta-tester

I hope the team listened to the feedback from the testers.

One month ago Jon mentioned in the official announcement thread that all subscribers got access then, and "will be available to everyone early next year." So you might consider subscribing for a month if you cannot wait any longer.

Here are two more screenshots, album page of So by Peter Gabriel:

Track page of In Your Eyes by Peter Gabriel:

As usual with Opera, the player bar is out of place, and the zoom is at 125% with Windows 10 system scaling setting at 100% and resolution 1680x1050p.

Please add your comments in the official announcement thread.

It's not far off, but there's a bit more work to be done before we can roll this out to everyone; there's a few sub-pages that still need to be updated to the new style (e.g. listeners) and some performance issues to tweak.
