Wrong artist, correct song

So, I listened to the track "After Party" by Adore Delano and on my profile the song shows up as a song by Bosson, a totally different artist who I also happen to have listened to, but not that song. What's going on? I have autocorrect off so it shouldn't show the incorrect artist...

Sorry, I can't reproduce this using the universal scrobbler.  Did it only happen the once?  What are you using to scrobble?

Hi again! This has happened again. I listened to "Somebody Wants" by The Lovers Of Valdaro" and "Stop!" by Erasure. This is what turned up on my Lastfm profile:

Did you checked the album artist field? Perhaps that is causing an issue.

Yes, that's not it. This has happened before, if you check mine and Jon's previous comments. I just deleted the scrobble and played the tracks again. But odd that these things keep happening. Usually when I listen to the two songs next to each other.

Then I don't know what could be an issue. I hope they will fix it.

So it's scrobbling the previous track's artist name with the current track's title, but only occassionally?  And this only happens with local files played in iTunes, is that right?

If you play the same pair of tracks again in the same order, does the issue happen?

Either way, if this happens again, it would be good to see the scrobbles in your library / recent tracks.
