Over the last year we've been answering your feature requests and bug reports via email and it's been working ok. However, since we launched our stats functionality last month, the size of our user base has grown tremendously and so have the quantity of feature requests and bug reports. It's becoming almost impossible to keep up with everything via email, and since so many of the emails we get are common questions I think we should bring this discussion into a public forum.

Therefore, I will now be directing support questions onto this forum. Any of you experienced users are free to answer questions as well! Thanks.
