I too have been a loyal customer for 30+ years and have noticed a big decline in quality. The material seems cheaper and workmanship is flawed! My specific problem is the belt loops keep ripping from the pants within weeks of me buying them. I wear these jeans casual and some light work and believed at first I was just being rough or catching my belt on something sitting down. There is no way to explain this problem other than poor QUALITY because I've bought about 6 pairs in the last year and have had the same problem. I buy my jeans to fit for comfort. In no way is this customer fault other than continuing to buy this product(550 560 made in countries other than U.S.). This is in no way an attempt to disparage other countries but when your product was made here these problems were non existant! It use to be these jeans were built to last in the roughest of use's and it just doesn't seem that LEVI'S is concerned about that quality anymore! I thought that I might reply on here for some type of answer but it seems everyone get's the same answer: "Return at point of purchase" or "Send them in"; All at cost of customer or more time spent returning to store! This is not the answer! What is the answer is improve your QUALITY cause I'm starting to buy other product's and I never thought I would!!!!!

I am sorry to hear about the unpleasant product experiences you have had as of late.
