828LM and 888LM stopped working after router failed.

After having to replace my router my gateway no longer showed up on my app or on the website. I tried to add it back and it only states "That device is on another User's Account and unable to register. (310)" I then deleted my account and tried to start over and got the same message. Is there any way that I can add it or take it back to factory settings? It's getting a solid green light but it's just not showing up.
