Looks like an issue on the server side, perhaps check your Change Management records to see if maintenance or problems were "fixed" on Dec 2, 2015 after 10 pm EST.
Please see below history:
Dec 2, 2015 - left house and came back after 10 pm EST (notifications received)
Dec 3, 2015 - wife brought kid to day care (no notifications received; app shows no change in garage door history)
Dec 5, 2015
- realized something must be wrong so I checked internet gateway (828LM) and found it was solid blue and flashing green
- rebooted router -> no success
- reset 828LM multiple times (soft and hard) -> no success
- removed all devices/places from profile, and then re-added them back -> success
Dec 8, 2015
- wife brought kid to day care (no notifications received again)
- checked app (no devices in profile); checked profile from website (same thing)
I am not at home right now so I cannot add my place/devices back to see if re-adding will stick yet.

Carlo - I apologize that you are having this issue. I would like you to try something for me. I would like you to delete the alerts that you have on the account. Then, I would like you to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Once you are have the app reinstalled, recreate the alerts.
Steps on how to create and delete alerts
