I have a brand new 8355W opener installed. When I try to set-up the MyQ app, I can't even find the MyQ wireless network. I have solid 2.4ghz wifi signal in the garage - I see my and neighbors networks, but the MyQ never shows up. Tried several devices, none see it. On Xfinity wifi (plenty of devices in house work fine - webcams, nest thermostat, etc.) Using Arris T1682G router - I don't want to install a new router just to make this work, that's silly.
Any help - insights appreciated.

Thanks but no go. Unplugged unit, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Wait a few mins, then put into wifi mode (blue light blinking) but nothing on my iphone network named MyQ*. I see my networks and some neighbors still, so phone working fine.

Using a Smart Control Panel, Go to Menu > Program > Wi-Fi Setup
Note: If your door control does not have this feature, press and release the yellow learn button 3 times. -

I understand. I get the blue blinking light. Issue is no wifi network with name of MyQ* shows on my phone. That's my issue
