I have three LiftMaster 8500 jackshaft openers in my garage, and all three of them have 888LM Control Panels installed next to each other on the wall next to the garage entry door from the house. Usually, when I walk past the control panels, the associated ceiling lights do not turn on. Sometimes it even requires two pushes of the "light" button on the control panels to get the lights to turn on.
Occasionally the motion sensors on the control panels do turn on their associated ceiling lights, so I know they are paired properly. The sensor switches on all three panels are set to On.
If just one of these panels were exhibiting this behavior, I'd assume it was broken. But all three of them are behaving this way, and I doubt all three are broken.
Is there any procedure for troubleshooting the motion sensor functionality of the 888LM Control Panels?
Thanks

Mike, happy to help. Do you recall what year you purchased your 888LM? Also, it it okay with you if someone from our tech support team reaches out using the email address associated with this account? Thanks, Chuck

Hi Chuck,
The control panels came packaged with my 8500 Series jackshaft openers. Two of them were purchased in July of 2015, and the third was purchased in June of 2017.
It would be fine with me if tech support wants to reach out to me via email.
Thanks very much,
Mike-
