Adding Alert from online myQ or online mobile doesn't allow completion of alert
Trying to add alert to garage door opener on myQ online. I click on Alerts tab and then Add New Alert. I select my device which adds to the top but does not have any option to continue. I only see a cancel button.

Have you updated the app to the newest version? Also, what is the make and model of the mobile device you are using?

After removing device and locations from online, I setup through the app and it worked fine. Now when I check online I am able to setup notifications normally. Online does not work unless setting up first with the App. I am using Samsung S4.
