Anyone else getting double alerts??
I had a brand new door and a LiftMaster MyQ opener installed by a company here in town around 3 weeks ago. I installed the app on my android G-4 phone and my wife's iPhone. It opens immediately and closes as it should. Both of us get open and close alerts on our phones. Sometimes it may take quite a while to receive the alert but sometimes it takes a while to receive an e-mail too so I am not that concerned. However - recently the both of us are getting double alerts. It isn't a drastic situation but I am wondering how to fix this back to the one alert we were getting at the onset. Anyone else having this issue?

Dawn - one of the MyQ Support Specialist contacted me within the hour and diagnosed my concern. I deleted an extra Rule as she suggested and it no longer sends us double alerts.

I too am getting double alerts. I hesitate to delete a rule without knowing what my 2 rules apply to.
