I'm trying to setup my brand new garage door with the internet gateway and am not having any luck. I've registered my account and then I try to set it up online by performing the following steps:
1. Add New Device
2. Click Place (only option I have)
3. Click Add Device
4. Click Garage Door Opener
5. When asked if it's Wi-Fi enabled, click Yes (it is)
6. Enter the serial number (from the bottom of the gateway)
7. Give it a name
8. All I see is the name under place, nothing under device, but I click Save & Close anyways
9. Nothing there - says I have no devices
When I try setting it up on my iOS app, following essentially the same steps, I get an error message saying to make sure device is connected and the Green LET is solid and ON (304). However looking at the gateway, it IS solid and green, it never turns off or even flickers.

Hello C Doyle, I apologize that you are having trouble adding your system. I think I may know what the issue is. When asked if it's Wi-Fi enabled, you will select No. You would only select Yes if your garage door opener on the ceiling has a Wi-Fi symbol on it, indicating that it can speak to the router via Wi-Fi connection and in turn would not need the Gateway to complete the communication.
