Opening my garage door is fine, but when I try to close, I get a "Error - The Door cannot be controlled because of too many failed attempts. Please operate the door locally to reset and allow unattended operation."
I thought at first maybe the phone was in my pocket and was trying to close it too often or something. But that wasn't the case. Even when opening it and then closing it right after, I get the same error message. Its so annoying.

Hi limerence, try removing the device from you account, and then re-add it. This should take care of this error message. Chuck

Hi Chuck, when you say remove the device from my account, are you referring to the garage doors and then re-add them?

Hi limerence - you're exactly right. Remove the garage doors from your MyQ app, and then re-add them to your app. Let me know if you have any other questions. Chuck

I did that. It went away on my first try. Tried it again the next day. Same error message.
