Closing issues
I installed my new gateway with my new 8355 opener on last Thursday. When using my mobile app, the door opens every time. When trying to close , it works sometimes, but will give me an error "cannot close because of multiple attempts" then I have to operate locally. I have reset the safety sensors, reset the gateway, removed the gateway and reinstalled. Does anyone have the solution to this issue?
