Connecting to Wi-Fi on Your Android Device

If you are having difficulties connecting your MyQ Garage (821LM) to your 
home Wi-Fi network via the "Android and All Other Devices" method, here 
are some other methods to try: 

  • Please
    check your Wi-Fi signal strength. 1-2 bars of signal strength should be
    enough for the MyQ Garage to connect to your network. If your signal 
    strength is not strong enough, you may need a Wi-Fi range extender.
  • Retry the "Android and All Other Devices" method and ensure that the credentials are correct.
  • You may also try connecting the MyQ Garage to your network by using your router's WPS mode.

If you are still not able to connect your MyQ Garage to your home 
Wi-Fi network, please check your security settings on your router. For
