Disappearing opener
I had 2 door openers and a light switch connected to my account. Today, one of the door openers disappeared from both the mobile and web app. The missing opener was still referenced in the history earlier today, but has now disappeared from history as well. I tried to reconnect, but nothing happens when I double tap the learn button.

In the meantime, you may want to check to make sure your Internet Gateway is showing a solid blue and green LED. This will indicate that it does have a stable connection to the internet and our servers.
