Door closes but History not showing Door Closed.
When I close the door, history shows Door Moving and I get a "Door Moving alert but not the "Door Just Closed" alert. Door Closed alert not being received at all only "Door Moving".
However, when I open the door, "Door Moving" and "Door Opened" show up in History and I get alerts for both right away
App shows how long the door has been opened and closed for, right away including door moving.
The only issue is that when I close the door, Door Moving shows up in history and I get and alert for "Door moving" History does not log "Door Just Closed" nor do I receive the "Door just Closed" alert.
I have reset Wifi on the MyQ Wififi hub as well as deleted and added the Door Sensor multiple times.

I looked into this and I have a fix. You will need to log into the app and delete and recreate your alert there. This will resolve this issue.

UPDATE: For absolutely no explainable reason, I'm very happy (and relieved) to report that less than 24 hours after my having left the previous comment/concern (below), my alerts began working perfectly! And... They have continued to work flawlessly since that time. So ..... Unlike during the initial comment that I had left here (below) ... I am now very, very pleased and happy with this unit!

I am happy that this worked for safhuss. However, I've now tried it several times, including toggling my notifications within my Apple iOS notifications area, and I still can't get it to send alerts to me. It doesn't matter if I delete and re-create the alert within the app, not even if I re-create it using a different name than what I had named it previously with something completely new/or different than what I had previously titled it (in case of some sort of cache issue or something similar).
This was the sole-only reason for purchasing this item, (ability to be alerted), and I am not just very frustrated at this point, but even more so terribly disappointed.
Any help you could provide would be very much appreciated as I will otherwise have no other option but to uninstall it, box it back up, and begrudgingly return it to Amazon.com for a full refund along with then providing an appropriate review reflecting this failure to do what was advertised, not to mention my having been inconvenienced and very disappointed.

Anything further on this? I too am receiving no notifications nor is there any event history. I have tried deleting & recreating my alerts. The Test button for each alert does produce a test notification, but the time is always listed as 1Jan 12pm. My zip code & time zone ARE properly set.
