Duplicate Notifications
Recently, we started receiving 2 notifications for each open & close event. The website also shows these duplicates. Is this an issue with our gateway?

HDJulie - I apologize you are having an issue with your alerts. To troubleshoot we need to delete the alerts and then recreate them.
