Erroneous e-mail and version of the My Q app
Received an e-mail today saying I had an old version of the My Q app for my phone. Can't find anywhere on the app where the version number was listed and neither could tech support. Finally, tech support came back from being on hold and said they didn't know how to find the version either. Then he said that erroneous e-mails went out today and I must have been one of the people that received the e-mail. Spectacular! Thanks Liftmaster for wasting 45 min of my day working on your crappy app because of your erroneous e-mail.

I hope this helps.
MyQ App version identifier:
Apple: Settings (app) > LiftMaster > Version shown
Android: Settings (app) > Apps/App Manager (may vary by phone) > LiftMaster > version shown
The email is for the MyQ account and you may have another household member using the MyQ app, where this user has an older MyQ app version. -

OK, it says 3.61.1 (3375) It's the same on both iphones that have the app.
How do I find what the current available version is?
So, are you saying that when the Tech Support person said erroneous e-mails went out to users they shouldn't have been sent to....he was wrong? -

3.61.1 is the latest version available at the Apple App Store. You are fine if all your phones and tablets are using 3.61.1.
