I have a MyQ Internet Gateway installed down in my electrical closet with all my networking gear. The house is using a Ruckus Wireless system. (Central hub controlling 7 Access Points across the house all connected via POE) The barn is less than 100' away. I have successfully connected the Barn to the MyQ app in the past. It worked just fine, but then it started to not respond, eventually giving that error code. We have had a garage door Tech come out and replace the control panel (wired door opener on the wall). Still nothing. I have strong internet right there at the spot where the control panel is at on the wall and at the actually door opener.
Below are the channels that the Barn AP is operating on.
1 (11b/g/n-20), 157 (11a/n/ac-80)

Lift Master is a waste. I purchased two of these units and they're pieces of junk. They obviously have glitches as both openers were working fine and suddenly Error Code (309). Strong WiFi and unable to use app to open or close doors. Really cool idea Lift Master if it WORKED.

Yup! My 3 month old Chamberlain MyQ WiFi door opener has the same issue. It'll work fine for a few days/week(s) and then suddenly (308). Actual remotes work fine all the time. I got tired of resetting/reconnecting the opener to the wifi....started thinking it was a problem with the opener itself, I went out and bought an internet gateway (CIGBU) 2 days ago. Connected it.. got it working.. remember I just said 2 days ago.. yea, the internet gateway is already 308ing :( I am so beyond irritated with this issue.
