ERROR: The device is not responding. Please check that the device is powered and in range. (308)

I have a MyQ Internet Gateway installed down in my electrical closet with all my networking gear.  The house is using a Ruckus Wireless system. (Central hub controlling 7 Access Points across the house all connected via POE)  The barn is less than 100' away.  I have successfully connected the Barn to the MyQ app in the past.  It worked just fine, but then it started to not respond, eventually giving that error code.  We have had a garage door Tech come out and replace the control panel (wired door opener on the wall).  Still nothing.  I have strong internet right there at the spot where the control panel is at on the wall and at the actually door opener.  
Below are the channels that the Barn AP is operating on.  
1 (11b/g/n-20), 157 (11a/n/ac-80)
