Garage door no longer sends notifications
We have the 888LM Garage Door Control Panel, the 828LM MyQ Internet Gateway, & another MyQ device that lets you control a light switch. We've had them for several months & they have worked fine until the last couple of weeks. The garage door controller has stopped sending notifications & it cannot be controlled over the internet. The light switch continues to work so it's not the gateway nor the internet connection. Another symptom is that the control panel also does not automatically turn on the garage light when it senses motion. The controller does continue to open & close the door itself when the button on the controller is pushed. When it happened the first time, it eventually started working again but now it's not worked for 3 days. And again, the light switch IS working. Could the control panel be bad?

Please contact us at myqcommunity@liftmaster.com, so that we can start investigating the account for any potential issues. In the meantime, you can try removing the garage door from your app and the gateway and then re-adding that garage. If this does not work and the Internet Gateway is still showing a solid green light, please contact us.
