Garage won't connect to Internet Gateway
I reset the Internet Gateway and it now displays a green solid light. I try to Add my garage back on by clicking Add New Device>Add Device to Garage >No to WiFi>then Next after clicking Learn one time on mygarage door unit. Nothing ever happens, no timeout message or aything

Kathy - What is the model number of the garage door opener that you are trying to add?

Kathy - I apologize for my delay in response. The next step would be to clear the MyQ channel on the garage door opener. When we delete the MyQ channel it will also clear the memory of your remotes and keyless entry. Those will need to be reprogrammed when you are done.
1. Press the yellow learn button(on the motor head) until the LED light goes out, release.
2. Immediately press and hold the learn button again until the LED light goes out, release.
3. Attempt to add the device to the account, again. How to add devices to the MyQ account
If you need assistance programming your remotes and keyless entry, please provide the model number of your remotes. -

That didn't work. Same symptom. I know the hard reset worked because we had to reprogram the car and garage door remote.- view 3 more comments
