Getting huge amount of errors
I'm getting so many errors, I can't even read what they say. On the odd occasion, the garage door will actually open. But when I least expect it, so I'm afraid that the door might open randomly when I'm not here. I have tried connecting both Chamberlain app and LiftMaster. What is going wrong? Router is Asus. Using Internet Gateway model: 828LM.

OK, so yesterday when I spent HOURS trying to get the app to work, it kept giving me errors. Today, I uninstalled the app (which I also did yesterday), and reinstalled it, and it seems to be working now. I swear that sometimes you just have to walk away and come back to it another day for it to work. Maybe the LiftMaster servers were down yesterday? It is a really cool feature, when it works properly!

Thanks, but I tried it on several days and still get the same message - enter the 10 digit code.

I am sorry to hear that you are receiving errors, what errors exactly are you receiving?

The error that I am receiving now is, "The device is not responding. Please check that the device is powered and in range (308)"
I can be standing inside the garage and this still happens. Also, the lights in the gateway are both solid blue and solid green. -

Thank you for that information. What this means is that the garage door opener (device) is not able to communicate with your Gateway (828LM). I suggest speaking with our technical support at this point so we may assist over the phone. Would you please email me your contact information and the best day and time to contact you to myqcommunity@chamberlain.com.

I just purchased the myq controller and gateway hub as a gift for my father, and all day he has been getting error 309. The hub is right next to the router. Not sure what to do. He said it is sporadic

Rick,
If the hub keeps losing connection there may be an issue with the Wi-Fi signal in the garage. I have included a link on how to check the connection.

Hi Rick I have a modem/router. Tech-support had me plug it straight into the modem and my connection has been working perfectly ever since! If you're having that much trouble try calling tech-support, they're really helpful!
