The MyQ device works about half the time for opening and closing the Garage door. The LED has been solid green the times I have seen the issue from inside the garage.
I checked the info webpage and found that MyQ hub is connected with -36 RSSI, and is running v7.5.0 firmware.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue? It's really annoying.

Think we have to wait for an update. My unit pretty much only opens the door now. It will rarely close the door, and reboots at least once a day. I was told by one of their customer support people that an update is coming in the next couple months... but... honestly, I'd return the unit for a refund if I still good. It's cool, but it's been kind of a pain in the butt (not to mention a couple weeks ago getting a notice my door had been opened 10 minutes after I'd left the house... I turned around and came home only to see it had been closed, and the notice was from when I left, even though the App said my door was still open). Come on guys... firmware 7.5.0 should NOT be this buggy.

Manav,
Are you getting an error message when you are unable to open or close the door? -

Manav,
Error 309 indicates that the hub is offline. If you are having this issue continuously you may want to move your router closer to the hub or look into a Wi-Fi extender.
Why does my device lose Wi-Fi connection while I am in the garage?http://chamberlain.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6051 -

I don't think wifi coverage is the issue. The RSSI value is -36 on the info webpage in other words, it is pretty close to the router (<10 feet away).

I apologize Manav, I didn't see your response until today. Can you please email me your MyQ username? Email address is MyQCommunity@LiftMaster.com
