I have three myq garage doors and 1 sliding gate opener CSL24U in my house. I purchased them all with the promise of HomeKit and had them connected the myQ internet gateway. the my app reliably works.
even though I was pissed like most customers who were promised HomeKit as a software upgrade for free, I paid and installed the new HomeKit Home Bridge and had all my devices transferred.
Again the MyQ app works fine through the new HomeKit gateway. Also the the three garage doors also show up in my apple home app and are controllable by Siri. The CSL24U gate does not show up on HomeKit side or responds to Siri.
My guess is the gate opener is not supporter.. I even tried adding at as a garage door with the learn button but the myq app recognizes it as a gate and doesn't add it to HomeKit.
Just don't get why the HomeKit bridge can control it but it will add to HomeKit to control via Home App.
first is the CSL24U not supported - don't get why this would be the case as the home bridge controls it...
cmon liftmaster -- please respond how to make it all work

Same here. After trying many times (hours) I finally got the LiftMaster app to discover the bridge. The garage door is working on homekit, but no sign of the front gate. Thank you for posting this so I can stop wasting my time trying to get the gate working. Would not have purchased this garbage just for the garage. Really wanted to use it for the Front Gate driving home.

Chuck, glad you and Lauren are on board - but you have NOT addressed any issue here. Please answer the question with a technical product manager and when we can get an software update to fix. Unacceptable, how you have misled buyers for 18 months w empty promises and silly implementation of feature.. don’t need refund only software fix and soon.. you have wasted trust and good will with customers who have stuck with you over 18+ months
