I am no longer recieving notifications from the myQ when my door opens.
I am not receive push notification or emails per the rules I have set. When I do a test from the rule it will push a notification and send me an email. But nothing when I up the door form the remote or the wall switch.

I've not received "Door Opened" notifications either, the past two days. Neither phone nor email.
I should say it's not been consistent. -

Previous to two days ago, the notifications were coming in fine? Or did you notice this previously? -

I just noticed the past two days not receiving "open" notifications. It's happened before that. It's not consistently sending "open" notifications. It's missing some.

Yep, thanks. I made the change and the first test worked. I haven't had an opportunity to do much testing since. I will over the next few days.

For anyone having the same issue, I had Scott set his notifications to not pass midnight. For example, an alert set from an alert set from 8:00PM to 6:00AM would need to be 8:00PM to 11:59PM and a second alert from 12:00AM to 6:00AM. We are working on fixing this issue.- view 1 more comment
