I cannot establish a new account on the MyQ app.

I attempted to establish a new account on the MyQ app. I could not complete the whole process and when I try to log in again nothing happens . I tried to start over and I am told that the user ID had already been used. So, I cannot log in and I cannot start over. I tried to reset my password but I never get the promised email needed to reset. Help!

  • During the MyQ account creation, an email was sent to the email address you entered.  You must locate that email in your inbox and click a link that is in the email to complete the account creation.  (Check Inbox, Spam, Junk, etc. folders if needed to locate the email.)

    If unsuccessful in locating the email, contact LiftMaster customer support, via email or telephone call, explain the issue, and provide your MyQ account email address.  LiftMaster will be able to correct the issue.
