Intermittent (309) with At&T router

My myQ hub drops off intermittently. Sometimes in a couple hours and sometimes a few days. Of coarse always down when I need to use it remotely.....I can get it to reconnect with the router buy unplugging the myQ and switching ports in the back of the router. It seams like the router is dropping it for some reason. Is there a new version of the myQ hub that could improve this? I've reset the router many times as well but this is a PITA. Thanks in advance for your help!
