I installed the MyQ App on my Iphone to control my LiftMaster opener. I have 3 problems.
1. Sometimes when I attempt to login it has not saved my login information even though I pushed the save information on the App. I then have to login while sitting in the street. Not good.
2. When attempting to login and open the door it will not login and continues to just spin like it has no connection,
3. The times that we can open the door we can't close it due to " To many failed attempts" . All I did was open the door.

Gary - I apologize that you are having so many issues with the app. As far as the log in information disappearing, deleting and reinstalling the app is taking care of this issue. That might help with your second issue as well. As far as the close error you are seeing, we have fixed this issue with our updated app. It is due out sometime this week. I will update this post as soon as it's available.

Dawn, I deleted the app and reinstalled as you said. Nothing has changed as far as reliability. Some times it will work other times not. Just now I went to login and my password was gone again. After logging in an alert showed up that there had been to many failed attempts. It's pretty bad that I have to carry the old opener with me because this system is so unreliable.
