iPhone app resets login info ever few days. Why?
Login info reset no reason, no updates from the phone or the app, not even a phone restart!!! Both the red and blue app do the exact same thing ... I obviously have remember me checked !!!! This is a problem I use this app regularly to open and close my garage door and it's been happening for months ... Just drives me nuts ... I have a long email and password so every time it takes a few minutes to enter all credentials ... And I u don't fast enough ... Or kit the screen wrong .. They all reset ! Come on just do a simple pin 4-6 digit login maybe if the it's an iPhone limitation ...

I am beginning to suspect the problem maybe when the phone switches from 3G to wifi.
Because i usually open the app In front of the garage door, and the phone at that moment finds my wifi and tries to connect. The same maybe when I close the door as I drive away and loose the wifi signal and switch to 3G. This may or may not be the cause of the problem. But it's when I notice it fore sure ! -

Alec - I checked into this for you and it looks like it is a bug in the app. We are currently working on a fix. I will update this post when the fix has been implemented.

Alec, I had a same problem, I deleted red myQ app and downloaded blue myQ app and it is working fine no more log off or reset . Love it

You should be able to uninstall and reinstall the app and it should take care of the issue.

It seems to always happen when I get this error
if you look you will notice there is no login info. i had it before the error showed up. the error seamed to have cleared the login info.
BTW, I am the original post user. -

Uninstall liftMaster myQ app and install myQ (chamberlain ) blue color app and it should work. Good luck.
