It was working just fine for one day.
I just bought a new myQ Garage Opener and the Internet Gateway. I followed all instructions and successfully connected all devices (iPhone). It was working just fine for one day. The next day I was not able to open/close the garage door via iPhone. Nothing changed on my home network or devices. iPhone app just telling me error 309 when trying open/close the door. The Gateway device shows solid blue and green lights. Resetting the device did not help. I have no idea what else I can do to make it working.

Have you tried power cycling your router? Even if everything else is working on your network, I would like to try that. Also when you say you reset the device, do you mean you did a hard reset? I have included the steps for a hard reset. Keep in mind when you do a hard reset on the gateway, you need to re-add the garage door opener to the app.
1. Unplug the AC adapter from the gateway.
2. With a safety pin or paper clip, press and hold the reset button on the side of the gateway.
3. Plug the AC adapter back in while continuing to hold down the reset button until the yellow LED light blinks.

I am not sure what is 'power cycling'. Is it just turn it off and on? And why I have to do it on the router? My Internet works just fine for all other devices (computers, tablets, tv, etc.)
Yes, I did hard reset few times. Did not help. I am still not able to add a new device (I removed one that I had initially).
Should I try to remove the gateway from my account? And re-added it from scratch? -

Yes, power cycling the router is turning it off and then back on. It's a troubleshooting step that we like to try when you are receiving the 309 error message. I understand that everything is working, I just wanted to see if it may take care of the issue.
You could certainly try to remove the gateway and re-add it.

I sent email.
After resetting the router and the gateway and removing 'Place' and 'Device' from my account I was able to re-added it. It works from my iPhone now.
