Just moved to a new house that has a Liftmaster 8355-267, and a Gateway-can't connect them
I just moved into a house that has a Liftmaster 8355-267, and a Gateway. and I can't connect them. The previous owners showed me when we did a walk through of the house that the garage connects to an app. The Liftmaster has the MyQ symbol on it but it has an 11 digit serial number. Plugged in next to it is a HomeLink Repeater. Here's a link to everything that has info on it but nothing will connect: https://imgur.com/a/GrogL. They have the original documents from when they installed it but nothing has any specific number that could help me out.
