LiftMaster MyQ Garage. Unable to add. (310)'.
Cannot add my LiftMaster MyQ Garage because I'm getting the message 'That device is on another user's account. Unable to add. (310)'. How can this be solved?

This means that this is a used product that is still tied to the original purchaser's account. If you bought it at a store, I recommend returning it and purchasing an unopened box. If you purchased used from a site like eBay, you can either return it or contact the seller to delete it from their account so you can add it. Your other option is to contact LiftMaster technical support for further assistance.

We recently bought a house and the system was installed. The pervious owner had it registered. From what I'm reading here I need to send you the serial number (or photo) and you can unregister it so I can now do it under my name. Please advice how to contact technical support.

Perform a factory reset to the Wi-Fi Hub and then you may be able to add the Hub to your MyQ account.
Factory Reset:
- Power up the Wi-Fi Hub.
- If the hub's green LED is on or blinking, press and hold press the Hub's Settings (gear) button for at least 10 sec until the Hub's blue LED is blinking on/off. (This will erase the Hub's Wi-Fi settings)
- If the Hub is blinking its blue LED on/off, press and hold press the Hub's Settings (gear) button for at least 10 sec. The Hub's LEDs will indicate a reset. (This is a factory reset)
- Now connect the Hub to your Wi-Fi router (Hub will have a solid green LED on). Then add the Hub's MyQ Serial number to your MyQ account.
If this fails, contact LiftMaster Technical Support. -
