Mobile App not able to log in
As of about a week ago, the MyQ app will not login on my iPhone 6s+. It was working just fine. Also, I can tell that it is checking login because if I purposely enter a bad username or password it tells me it is incorrect. But if I enter the correct information it doesnt do anything. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading and I have tried rebooting. Please help

Just noticed that the Android version of the application is returning the same error. I also get it when trying to update my account on the main website.

The app just let me log in, but now it throws an error 304 (gateway offline/no green light), despite that fact that my gateway is online and displays a solid green light.
Liftmaster pls advise.

Also unable to log in to the app. When I login to the mobile site it allows me, but none of my account info is there. It is like a brand new account even though everything was set up and working a few days ago.

well, heck - wish I had seen this before spending about 2 hours trying to troubleshoot, remove the device from the app, re-pair it, etc etc while it's about 115 degrees in my garage!
