myQ 828lm cant be added to my online account

I had a great setup for 6 months with myQ 888LM and 828LM, it was working great.
3 weeks ago my 888lm stopped working (yellow and red flashing and a buzz every few minutes.)
I decided to order a new 888lm to test.

On the online account when i tried to add the new 888lm, the website gave me an error.
Next, I tried removing the 828LM device from my account and now it wont let me add the 828LM itself.

HELP!
