Myq connects to network, green light but is never able to connect to opener to control

All setup goes smooth, connects to sensor, connects to phone, connects to wifi, green light and then no matter how many time I try can't connect to my chamberlain whisper drive. Any suggestions on what to try?

  • Alex - I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem adding your garage door opener to your MyQ account. What color learn button does your garage door opener have? When you are adding the device to your MyQ account, does it ask you if you have a door sensor?

  • Thanks. It's a purple button. It has no problem recognizing the network and the sensor. The problem is it can't seem to program the opener.
