Myq+no+longer+works+after+the+last+outage+and+upgrade
Since the 'update' (and outages) I have nothing in my liftmaster app and when I try to add the gateway serial number it says adding, but nothing happens - it flashes adding and then just sits at the serial number entry screen.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your MyQ account. Can you send me the email address on your account to MyQCommunity@LiftMaster.com? I would like to look at your account and see what is going on. -

Thank you for your email address. There is an issue with your account. You need to delete your account and recreate it. It should then allow you to add your gateway back to the account. I have included the steps for these steps below.
To delete the account:- Log into your MyQ Account.
- Click Edit User under the Account section on the right hand side of the screen.
- Click Delete this account at the bottom of this screen.
- You will be asked Are you sure you want to delete this account?, confirm by clicking Delete.
- Go to www.myliftmaster.com
- Click Sign Up and walk through the steps
- Log into your User Account
- In the Places section, click Manage Places
- Click on Add a New Place
- Type in the MyQ serial number located on the Internet Gateway
- Name the location
- Click Save and Close
- Proceed to How to add devices to the MyQ Account

Still no resolution to this problem. Very disappointing. I have had no phone call, no e-mail and cannot use the equipment I purchased to open and close my garage door. I guess it will go in the trash - and will make sure to let everyone I know to never, ever purchase. Terrible service.

I have the same problem as Melanie, And not able to delete my account, Same problem with MyQ app not controlling garage door, and not able to add gateway on account.
Fallow steps on how to delete account but same problem as Melanie, Not able to delete it.

MyQ no longer works for me properly either. I only get notifications on one garage door but not the other. It was working great for two days and now the notifications are useless. I hope a resolution will come soon. $80.00 to have this particular feature and it doesn't work.
